I know round two is all about squares, but I chose to pull out the black and blue from the swirly fabric and echo the circular shape, as well! I love blue and orange, too!
How creative you are to introduce the new fabric for the new row - but to not abandon the theme of the circles that you had in the fabric of the triangle row! I also like the way the center block is no longer in the center! Very fun interpretation. Thanks!
Cheerful. Bright. Keeps the eyes moving. What a wonderful journey you are taking us on!
ReplyDeleteSue, I love the circle fabric made into squares in the border. And blue next to orange is great. Your RR quilt is a favorite of mine.
ReplyDeleteSue,

What a wonderful adventure you are taking us on with your quilt. Love the bright colors and the dots in squares--how unique!
ReplyDeleteI love the "circles" that dominate your squares. Whimsical ... and effective.
ReplyDeleteI have that same swirly fabric in a different color-way, it is one of my faves. Looking forward to seeing your progress!

This just gets better and better. I love how the circles dominate the squares - it is like a little fabric joke! Can't wait to see what comes next.
