Round 2 complete

I decided, it's complete. On one hand, I just had enough of making these squares, on the other hand I don't want this to get so big and thought it already looks a bit crowded.

And with that decision, I still haven't cut into the 'real stash'. Still using my scraps.

After some pondering I know what to make for the next round, it will be a very simple construction.

  1. I like your quilt very much! The squares on point are one of my favorite liberated blocks. It's fun to make a quilt only from scraps, isn't it? BTW, i have the blue-with-dots fabric in your lower right corner (and in 2 other places)--my sil brought it back from Ireland with a few other blues.

  2. What great stash you have! You have a real eye for this as even though you're keeping with the same colors - you have enough different tones or values to keep it interesting! So glad you are in the LibRR!

  3. Isn't it amazing how far we can go ... with just scraps? I like the asymmetry in your quilt now--I think it has just enough squares ;-)

  4. Awesome! Love the colors.

  5. The design is so harmonious and the colors so soothing - I just want to sit with this!
